In-Store Pickup

Betty Hemmings Leathergoods offers the option to buy online and pick-up in store. During checkout, simply select the Store pickup option and select prefered day and time for pickup.

Shipping Partner and Levels of Service

Betty Hemmings Leathergoods works closely with their shipping partner UPS to ensure prompt and secure delivery of your order.  The rates used are Betty Hemming’s volume discounted rates based on size and weight of orders. This saving is passed on to our customers without exception! We offer three methods for shipping your order: UPS Standard, UPS Expedited and UPS Express. During checkout, simply select the shipping method that best meets your delivery.

Free Shipping on Orders over $300 CAD

Betty Hemmings Leathergoods offers  free shipping (UPS standard service only) on orders over $300.00 CAD.

Shipping Timelines

Orders are prepared and shipped out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Monday through Friday, excluding Statutory Holidays. Most orders ship within 1 business day, however additional time may be added when the credit card and billing details cannot be verified or if an item is out of stock. If you need your order by a specific day, please use the table below to help determine the estimated delivery date.

Signature required on orders over $500 CAD

For security reasons, purchases over $500 CAD will require signature from the recipient when delivered.

After the first attempt UPS will leave a door tag. You then have the option to sign the door tag requesting the package to be left the following business day, or you can call UPS to arrange a pick up. If UPS makes several attempts, and does not hear from you, they will return the package to Betty Hemmings Leathergoods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a UPS tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. If you are registered with us, you can also follow delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by Order Status.
