Exchange & Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return merchandise.  Merchandise must be returned new and unused with no scratches, damage or signs of wear and with all tags still attached. Monogrammed, Custom Orders and Sale Items are final sale and are not returnable.

Betty Hemmings Leathergoods reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Betty Hemmings Leathergoods’ sole discretion.

Returned merchandise will be credited as store credit to your Betty Hemmings Leathergoods account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Merchandise credits are valid for 2 years from date of issue. Betty Hemmings Leathergoods does not offer refunds, consistent with our in-store policy.

Merchandise can be returned by shipping them back directly to bettyhemmings.com or by visiting us in-store.

On-line return procedure

  1. E-mail customer service info@bettyhemmings.com  to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  2. RMA form will be e-mailed to you along with specific instructions for return. 
  3. Complete RMA form and include original receipt with return.
  4. Prepare the goods along with documents mentioned above in a protective cardboard box for return shipment.
  5. Return, with the shipping prepaid, to:

Be sure to enclose your receipt and RMA form and ensure merchandise is well packaged and protected.  Send your return by an insured, traceable means such as UPS.  Betty Hemmings Leathergoods will not take liability for lost/damaged/stolen items during shipping of returns.
